Refund policy
What is your online return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns and exchanges. Product must be in new condition, unworn, with original tags attached. You have 15 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I return my order?
US Customers: To start your return or exchange, please click here.
Once your return is approved, pack up the items in the original packaging and box. Make sure to send your item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
Etica Denim offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive, inspect and verify your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email confirmation when our team has processed your refund.
