What is your online return policy?

For online orders, we accept product in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. For all returns please contact customerservice@eticadenim.com. Customer service will then provide you a free return label. You have 15 days from the ship date to have your return dropped off and scanned at an FEDEX location. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

How do I return my order? 

Pack up the items in the original packaging and box. 

Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Full Name 
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Your order confirmation number
  • A note about why you’re returning the item(s)

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way. 

If 5-10 business days have passed and you do not see a refund, please contact customerservice@eticadenim.com.
